In 1966 NBC broadcast “The Man Trap,” the first episode of the first series of Star Trek. The original series, which ran for three seasons and 79 episodes, went on to spawn a franchise. To date, five additional television series and 12 films have been made. Star Trek’s high-tech vision of the future continues to inspire young scientists around the world.

In 1905 a paper arrived at the editorial offices of the journal Annalen der Physik. The author was Albert Einstein; the title, “Does the Inertia of a Body Depend Upon Its Energy Content?” In the paper, Einstein introduced the concept of matter-energy equivalence. Although E = mc² does not appear in the paper, the famous equation is present implicitly in the sentence, “If a body gives off the energy L in the form of radiation, its mass diminishes by L/c².”

Batgirl style... I will be this girl right here.. just with one blue and one brown eye... there's a surgery for that now. It's so gonna happen.

DETAILS! That's why I don't like ANY laugh track shows. They are so shallow and slow and stupid. I need a show I can re-watch and catch new things every time.
