What is sound therapy anyway?
Many moons ago I came
across a mp3 labeled brainsync.mp3. I had no idea what it was, so I
listented to it. It really didn't sound all that impressive during the
first listening session. It was a little bit trance like, and a little
bit simple in frequencies. I did a little research on it, and pulled
back a ton of medical studies, forums, and people's personal experiences
that all seemed really positive. So I started listening to more brain
wave sound frequencies. And, over time, I started noticing that
my brain would react to certain frequencies in a constructive way. I
seemed more focused and motivated to get things done. It was all VERY
INTERESTING to me! To this day, I'll listen to this fascinating wave
technology every now and then.
