demonstrated success from working in small workgroup
environments, to operating and maintaining large computer
networks; which I earned hands-on experience providing daily
solutions to both client side and server related issues. I
possess a deep understanding of how to utilize technology in
order to deliver enterprise solutions that meet requirements of
businesses and organizations today. I have designed and
implemented DNS Servers, Active Directory Domains, and Exchange
Mail Servers, prepared full scale migration plans, formed
explicit trusts between multiple forests under the federated
forest design, and prepared backup and disaster recovery
procedures, technical documentation, and Visio Charting of
Networks and their designs. I have also performed the
administration, migrations, upgrades, backups, and disaster
recoveries of these same networks.
My expertise includes impeccable
customer service skills, strong technical skills with
troubleshooting knowledge of TCP/IP, LANs, client and server
side solutions, active directory, project management, technical
writing, and MDF and IDF. I have also performed daily
tasks in a Datacenter Enterprise Environment. I possess a
solid track record for leading, motivating, and team
participation among technical professionals for providing the
highest levels of technical and professional performance.
I have also demonstrated leadership skills in a Service Desk
Supervisor role, where I answered all escalated work orders,
reported daily on Service Desk metrics, and was responsible for
Service Desk innovation, special projects, and daily work flow
efficiency for our 5000+ customer base. I also have had
the opportunity to work in Desktop Engineering and Software
Automation where I utilized enterprise level software such as
Microsoft WSUS, Microsoft BDD/MDT, LANDesk, WinINSTALL, and New
Boundaries Prism Software to build, deploy, and maintain
software packages for 10,000+ corporate workstations; with the
potential of reaching up to 30,000+ workstations
enterprise-wide. These trends I intend to continue into
the future.
