VBScripted application - Utilized for mobile users to pull updates. Used to "pull" PDF documents,
windows updates, update anti-virus, and fix prism client. This was 100% coded in-house to uniquely solve work
from home users and other mobile users laptop update needs.

Shell Scripted application - Utilized by Client Services to audit workstations and store computer
inventory on server. This scripted audit software was 100% coded in-house saving the company thousands of
dollars and meeting customized auditing needs.

Engineer Panel -
Has many built in functions including the ability to install/uninstall multiple software packages unattended, run elevated commands,
and automated fixes. It's a one stop shop for everything that is needed during the testing, building, and integration phases.
Encryptor -
Converts HTML and HTA plaintext code into encrypted code. You can then paste the encrypted code into your compiler for even better security.
Outlook Web Access Panel -
Installs software and run commands via OWA, and automatically generates a work order.
Pretty nice to have, techs will no longer have to carry USB drives, log off end users to work, or need documentation for installs; its all automated now.
Tech Panel -
Allows techs to provide faster customer support and remotely administer a workstation. All the app installs are 1-touch installations.
